For the price and location, great value. Hotel sits on the harbor and has plenty of food and kombini options on the ground level. The room was massive compared to what you'd get for the same price in Tokyo. I'll be back for sure. 10ish min walk to the train station (MM) or tons of stuff under 5 minutes close by as well (Red Brick, walking along the harbor, Rame Museum, MarkIS and Queens malls). Not sure if its standard but I had a 12noon check out, which helps a lot.

Beautiful decor, unique floor plan not even very expensive hotels have. Great staff and great location, on top of the cruise port where we disembarked from the silver seas silver muse and were in our hotel after a 5 minute walk from cruise ship. The bedding was the best I’ve experienced in my life.

Easily the best room in Yokohama. And for the price, if you are willing to stay outside of Tokyo, you'll get a massive room at a fraction of the price. I've stayed here 3x now and will return. We love this location and property when taking a visit to Yokohama.

Perfect for a weekend getaway from Tokyo, loved the location, everything accessible - the cup noodle museum, red brick warehouse all mere minutes away, clean great - bathroom divine

Location was the best. Out of all intercontinental including one in Australia yokohama intercontinental was the BEST. We will definitely come back. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10.

Extremly satisfied with the hotel. We to the other Intercontinental and there were kind enough to send a car to pick us up! the room is fantastic big and well decorated with a beautiful vue on the Pier. it’s next to the Marine walk with plenty of shops and restaurants.
